How is the house set up? Glad you asked!
The house has an expansive main floor featuring a living room with stunning views of the lake through the 18’ windows, a gorgeous stone fireplace with gas logs, and a 2-story glass atrium. Also on the main floor is a gourmet kitchen with 9’ island that leads out to the deck overlooking the lake. Continuing the living space of the main floor is the sun room where you can relax and enjoy beautiful views of the lake all year long. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms round-out the main floor. The primary suite includes a king bed, sitting area and connected bathroom with a custom shower, and the two remaining bedrooms have queen beds with shared hall bathroom.
Down the spiral staircase to the lower level, you’re immediately transported into the action with an entire room dedicated to ping-pong, and another game room featuring a custom billiard table, shuffleboard table and gas fireplace. Just off the main game room is the family room with a 55” smart TV with AppleTV and plenty of cozy spots for everyone to enjoy a movie or the big game. The lower level also includes a secondary suite with queen bed and connected full bath, a bunk room that sleeps 5 and another full bath with a 4-person sauna.
